Issue/Introduction

What happens if an Agent is moved in or out of a Policy that has the Control Mode disabled?

Environment

• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions

Resolution

• Whenever the Agent is moved from a Policy that has the Control Mode disabled, the Agent will re-initialize in the same manner as a new install.
• All files on the endpoint at the time of moving back into Enforcement would then be Locally Approved.
• This activity can be resource intensive and temporary performance impacts during Initialization should be expected.
