Where can the Agent Health Check Event Guide be located?

• App Control Console: All Supported Versions
• App Control Agent: All Supported Versions

Resolution

The Health Check Failure IDs, Categories, Descriptions and Troubleshooting suggestions can be found on the App Control Tech Docs > Server Documentation > Events Guide > Health Check Events.

Additional Information

• By default the Agent will run a new Health Check once every 6 hours.
• It is possible a Health Check Event observed in the Console has since been resolved on the endpoint.
