Steps to configure the Agent to start in Safe Mode.

Resolution
WARNING:
In some instances the only method to remove or disable the Agent will be through Safe Mode.
These steps should only be followed if there are alternative recovery methods (other than Safe Mode) for the endpoints.
For these reasons, by default the Agent is not configured to start with Safe Mode.
Log in to the Console and navigate to: Rules > Policies > relevant Policy.
Enable the option: Load Agent in Safe Mode.
Additional Information
This feature is not currently supported for Mac or Linux.
If the Agent has network access to the Server in Safe Mode then Events will be sent normally. If network access is not available in Safe Mode the Events will be stored locally until the connection is restored.
