EDR: Unified View Server gets 404 error viewing processes that still exist on the individual Cb Response servers

Issue/Introduction

• Get 404 Error preventing the user from viewing process documents in the Unified View console
• The same process document is accessible on the Cb Response Server that is connected to the Unified View

Environment

• EDR (Formerly known as Cb Response) Server: All Versions
• EDR Unified View Server: 6.1.3

Cause

There is a defect CB-18322 in the Unified View Server that prevents pulling data from connected Cb Response Servers

Resolution

Upgrade to Unified View 6.2.3 or higher
