Limitation for registering USB Device Control

Issue/Introduction

• What is the the maximum number  of USB device controls that can be registered by serial number?
• Is there any impact of registering a large number of USBs on users?

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: Current Version
• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: All supported versions

Resolution

There is NO hardcoded limitations on the number of devices that can be registered.

Additional Information

• There might be some limitations on approval a batch of devices (Example: error code 413:description: Request body too large)
• If that limitation is reached, the workaround would be to break request in multiple smaller ones.
