Issue/Introduction

• Web Console login page not loading
• Showing blank page only
• No errors in the event logs
• No service or app pool crashes

Environment

• App Control Server: All Supported Versions

Cause

The Default document in the IIS manager was disabled. Due to it, the redirection to the default page was not happening.

Resolution

• Open IISmanager and select Parity Console Web under Sites.
• Double click the Default Document icon.
• On right hand side menu under "Actions" make sure it is enabled.
