App Control: Console login page not loading

Issue/Introduction

• Console login page not loading.
• Showing blank page only.
• No errors in the event logs.
• No service or app pool crash.

Environment

• App Control all versions.

Cause

• Default document in IIS manager get disabled. Due to that redirection to default page was not happening.

Resolution

• Open IISmanager and select Parity Console Web under Sites.
• Double click Default Document.
• On right hand side menu under "Actions" make sure it is enabled. If it is enabled it shows 'Disable'.
