CB PSC Defense: 3.3 File Upload Request Does Not Complete

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to pull a file from a system using the "Request upload" feature. The file upload does not complete and cannot be found in the "Inbox" section under Settings within the console.

Environment

• CB Defense Sensor: 3.3.0.984
• Microsoft Windows: All Support Versions

Cause

A bug has been identified within the 3.3.0.984 sensor where the full file path can become truncated, causing the file to not be found.

Resolution

• Roll back to the 3.2.1.51 sensor
• Upgrade to 3.4 sensor
