EDR: Windows 11 and Server 2022 sensors report incorrect OS in Console

Issue/Introduction

• Sensors running on Windows 11 will report into the EDR console as Windows 10. 
• Sensors running on Windows Server 2022 will report into the EDR console as Windows Server 2019

Environment

• EDR Sensor: 7.2.2 and earlier
• Microsoft Windows Server 2022
• Microsoft Windows 11

Cause

Sensor pulling incorrect versions strings - CB-37273

Resolution

This is resolved from the 7.3.0.18311 sensor version onwards.
