Can a malware removal request be canceled?

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Backend: All Versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: 3.2.x and Higher
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Resolution

• No, a malware removal request cannot be cancelled
• If the Reputation file hash is company approved, the malware removal option will not delete the file for any machines which had not yet received the removal request.
