Can the list of Super Admins in the named Carbon Black Cloud instance be provided on a support case?

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions

Resolution

No, Broadcom Support will never provide a full list of all the Super Admins in a Carbon Black Cloud product instance/org.

Additional Information

• If the contact is in the org, any role has access to see what roles the other users in the org have
• If the contact is not in the org, the account teams should verify the request
• Only if the account team has verified the request, Support or the account team can provide one contact who is a Super Admin of the org to the requestor
