Resolution
If the issue is being faced on the CPN specifically, such as errors filling in the subscription, support options can be found here.
If the issue occurs after a subscription has been completed and a follow-up is needed, it is recommended for the partner to reach out to their account team for assistance with the subscription/order.
If the partner is unsure of who to contact on the account team, the partner can contact the Partner Connect team via [email protected].
