How can an existing org name change?

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Web Console: All Versions
• Carbon Black Endpoint Standard: All Supported Versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Audit and Remediation: All Supported Versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Enterprise EDR: All Supported Versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Endpoint Enterprise: All Supported Versions

Resolution

At this time the only way to rename a Carbon Black Cloud Organization is to open a Support case and our Support Team will assist with your request.

The Support team needs the following information for these requests:

• Original OrgID and Org Key?
• Original Org Name?
• New Org Name?
• Why the change is being requested?

Additional Information

• Orgs are identified by an ID on the Backend and Org Name is merely a text label with no other impact
