• When do Hosted EDR instances get shutdown after a license expiration?

Environment

• Hosted EDR: All Supported Versions

Resolution

• As of February 15th, 2019: 
  • Hosted EDR Instances are shutdown at 30 days after license expiration.
    • Contact Carbon Black Support or Sales to renew licensing.
  • Hosted EDR Instances are destroyed at 60 days after license expiration.
    • Once destroyed, the instance cannot be recovered.
