Can agent logs be collected on agents that are disconnected from the console or that have never connected without CLI authentication?

• App Control agent: All supported Linux versions

Resolution

Yes, there is a script that can be run to collect basic agent logs without CLI authentication 

Additional Information

If the agent has connected to the console previously use the CLI password to collect more detailed logging
