Issue/Introduction

To Start/Stop the Carbon Black Cloud services

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: All Versions
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions

Resolution

1. Place the Sensor into Bypass
2. Run "net stop cbdefense" from an elevated command prompt
3. To start the services again run "net start cbdefense" from an elevated command prompt
4. Take Sensor out of Bypass
