• Citrix Performance is slow with the Carbon Black Cloud Sensor Installed

Cause

There can be multiple causes for this issue

Resolution

1. Ensure the correct installation steps are being followed for Citrix VDI:
2. How to add Citrix exclusions in Windows registry for CBC Sensor
3. Make an API Bypass Exclusion for the following:
   **\Windows\Temp\*\Logger\Citrix.CloudServices.AutoUpdater.Logger.exe
   **\Program Files*\Citrix\**
4. If using FsLogix for roaming profiles, the following exclusion has been found to dramatically lower login times:

   Exclusion Type:
   All reporting and sensor operations
   Process type: Process
   Attribute: Path
   
   C:\Program Files\FSLogix\Apps\frxccd.exe
   C:\Program Files\FSLogix\Apps\frxccds.exe
   C:\Program Files\FSLogix\Apps\frxsvc.exe
   
   inheritance enabled
