Workload: How to Manually Reassess Vulnerabilities

Issue/Introduction

To reassess a machine for it's current vulnerabilities

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions
  • Workload
• vSphere Client Console: All Versions
  • Carbon Black plugin

Resolution

From Carbon Black Cloud console:

1. Login to the Carbon Black Cloud Console
2. Navigate to Vulnerabilities > Assets tab
3. Find and expand the asset in question
4. Click "Reassess now" in the expanded details

From vSphere Client Console:

1. Navigate to VMs and Templates
2. Click onto the endpoint in question > Monitor tab
3. Within the Carbon Black > Vulnerabilities section click "Reassess Now"
