Issue/Introduction

Will a sensor that was previously in bypass, stay in bypass after being upgraded?

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: All Supported Versions

Resolution

If the sensor was intentionally put into bypass via the console or repcli, it will stay in bypass post upgrade. If it's bypass was unintentional (OS not supported on that particular sensor version, driver initialization error), it is possible to see the device exit bypass post upgrade.
