Audit and Remediation: When clicking on Query results links, seeing this error: "No results loaded. Clear filters and try again"

Issue/Introduction

1. In the Console > Live Query > Query Results page, selecting one of the Results links (reports) frequently fails with the error "No results loaded. Clear filters and try again"
2. Retrying the link a number of times usually completes successfully.
3. Occasionally may have to leave the Live Query page to say, Alerts page, then back to Live Query to get the link/report to render.
4. This may have started around June 10th.

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Audit and Remediation: All versions since June 10th, 2023
• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All versions.
• Carbon Black Cloud Sensors: All supported versions.

Cause

This is under investigation. Updates will occur in this KB article. 

Resolution

June 15th update:  Backend issue is resolved (DSER-47833).
