How to troubleshoot DUO issues when trying to login to CB Response
Environment
- CB Response Cloud: All Versions
Resolution
1. Verify if it's one user having the issue or multiple users
2. If multiple then check to make sure it's not a network issue, by logging in from off the network
3. If one user then check on the user's DUO account
