Issue/Introduction

Why aren't the SHA256 Hashes available in CB Response?

Environment

• CB Response Server: 6.3 and Higher
• CB Response Sensor Windows: 6.2.1 and Higher
• CB Response Sensor macOS: 6.2.3 and Higher
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions
• macOS: All Supported Versions

Cause

This happens if the Server version is not at least 6.3 and the Sensor version is not at least 6.2.1 which is when these features were added

Resolution

Make sure the Server version is 6.3 and Higher and the Sensor version is 6.2.1 and Higher
