Issue/Introduction

This document describes how to upload collected diagnostic data to Carbon Black for analysis.

Resolution

There are two options for uploading diagnostic data to Carbon Black:

1. If a file is smaller than 25MB, please attach it directly to your case and add a case comment letting us know it's there
2. If a file is larger than 25MB, please upload the collected data to CB Vault; Instructions for uploading are listed on the CB Vault page itself
