Cb Response: Cannot connect to Cb Response Cloud console from new network

Issue/Introduction

• New Users/locations cannot connect to the Cb Response Cloud console
• Cannot successfully communicate on tcp port 443 to the URL for a Cb Response Cloud installation

Environment

• Cb Response Cloud Console: All Versions

Cause

Cb Response Cloud installations are locked down with Access Control Lists (ACL) to prevent unwanted communication with the exposed user web interface.

Resolution

1. Open a new case with Cb Support
2. Provide the public IP address of the network you want to have added to the ACL to access to your Cb Response Cloud
