CB Protection: Double Clicking allows editing of rules marked as unable to edit

Issue/Introduction

• Double clicking a built in rule thats uneditable will allow you to edit the rule
• Editing one of the rules will default it to block writes

Environment

• CB Protection Console: 8.1.4 and Lower
• CB Protection Server: 8.1.4 and Lower

Cause

This is caused by added functionality on editing rules, but does not factor in the block editing functionality. This has been identified as EP-8829

Resolution

A fix for this issue is planned to be released in the CB Protection server version 8.1.6.
