Issue/Introduction
Test connection fails when trying to enable third party connector integration
Environment
- Cb Protection Server: All Versions
- Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions
Resolution
Check the ReporterLog-YYYY-MM-DD-XXXXXX.log file for this error:
"YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:XX,XXX [ 6] ERROR DatabaseConnectionWrapper - Database connection failed. Further database connect errors will not be logged. Login failed for user 'DOMAIN\USER_ACCOUNT'. Reason: Server is in single user mode. Only one administrator can connect at this time."
If above error is present enable multiuser access on your database.

Additional Information
Enable multi-user mode on your database:
1. Create a backup of your database
2. Open SQL manager
3. Select Properties (of your database)
4. Select Options
5. Under Restrict Access change from Single to Multiple
Then try the connection again. If it still fails, try a restart and see if the error still exists in the ReporterLog.
