Carbon Black Cloud: Dashboard CSV Export with Custom Time is Disabled

Issue/Introduction

Dashboard CSV Export greyed out when choosing Custom Time Window.

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Backend Version: 0.56+

Cause

This is a feature that is never fully developed, disable it to reduce the confusion in Dashboard functionalities.

Resolution

1. Use the most proper time window to export CSV report(1 week, 1 month, etc.)
2. Use Excel filter function to filter out the results in the exported CSV file.
