Issue/Introduction

When attempting upgrade from the console to 3.5.3.82, the upgrade fails

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Web Console: All Versions (formerly Predictive Security Cloud or PSC)
• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: All Supported Versions
  • Endpoint Standard (formerly CB Defense)
  • Enterprise EDR (formerly CB ThreatHunter)
  • Audit & Remediation (formerly CB LiveOps)
• Apple macOS: All Supported Versions

Cause

This issue is currently being investigated

Resolution

Additional Information

For now the recommendation is to perform an upgrade manually or with a software deployment tool such as JAMF.
