CB Response Console: Error creating new user

Issue/Introduction

Error when creating new user from the console page, even as Global Admin: "Unable to create user".

Environment

• CB Response Console: 6.X

Cause

Previous sessions can be cached locally in the user's Chrome browser, causing user data to become stale, and unable to complete actions such as creating new users.

Resolution

1. Clear local browser cache and try logging back into the console.
2. Once logged back into the console, attempt to recreate the user.
