Issue/Introduction

How to check the status of Carbon Black Cloud services or checking to see if there is a backend issue

Resolution

To Check Status

1. Go to Carbon Black Status to check the current status of key Carbon Black Cloud services
2. If any of the services are listed with status other than "Operational", we are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it
   • The "Past Incidents" section will usually have some notes to explain more
3. Click on the + to the left of each line to view details of individual services within the desired Production environment
   • There is a list of dashboard URLs tied to the related Production environments to allow you to identify in which environment your organization resides

To Subscribe

1. Click Subscribe to updates at the top of the page to receive status change notifications via email, text/SMS, webhook, or RSS feed
2. Select your preferred subscription method
3. Enter the required information for your desired option (copy the RSS Feed)
4. Click the Subscribe button
5. Confirm the subscription per the instructions sent
   • To update your subscription settings, repeat steps 1-4 at any time

To Unsubscribe

1. Click Subscribe to updates at the top of the page
2. Enter the information used to set up your subscription
3. Click the Subscribe button
4. Click on the Cancel Subscription link
5. Click Unsubscribe From Updates on the pop-up
