Endpoint Standard: Console Shows Different Target Values For Machines in the Same Policy

Issue/Introduction

• Sensors in same policy show different target values
• Endpoints Page does not display the changed policy target value after Changing policy target value on the Policies Page

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud (Formerly PSC) Console: All Versions
• Endpoint Standard (Formerly CB Defense)

Cause

Sensor is retaining a cached target value provided by the backend

Resolution

This issue is currently under investigation, for future remediation under DSER-21979

• Target Value > The selected target value that is associated with this policy
• Values are: Low, Medium, High, and Mission Critical
