• Sensor causes Veritas Netbackup job to fail
• VSS service used for taking filesystem snapshots gets hung on the endpoint having sensor enabled

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor:  3.6.0.1897

Cause

This has been identified as a product defect DSEN-12555

Resolution

Issue is fixed in released sensor version 3.6.0.2127 and upcoming sensor version 3.7.0.1261
