• .pdf opens in adobe reader
• Saving .pdf in adobe reader locally fails on error: 'The document could not be saved. Bad File Handle'
• Saving to network path works.

• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: 3.5+
• Citrix Server
• Adobe Reader

Cause

• Cause currently unknown
• Issue being investigated by engineering.

Resolution

Upgrade to 3.6+ sensor version
