Issue/Introduction

• Mac endpoint is off premise (not on corporate network)
• Meets all sensor group criteria but does not auto assign to sensor group

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: All Versions

Cause

Mac sensors installed off premise not receiving meta data as expected

Resolution

• Currently under review by engineering in DSEN-11459

• Manually assign affected endpoint to policy
