Issue/Introduction

Why are Alert notifications no longer coming from "[email protected]" and instead are being received from "[email protected]"?

Environment

• CB Defense Web Console: All Versions

Resolution

A recent change was made to align product notifications with the product name. The email notifications will no longer come from "[email protected]", but from "[email protected]" after the March '19 (0.45) release.

Additional Information

• This will affect all PSC-related emails, including notifications.
• Email recipients may find the Alert notifications have now gone to the Junk Folder.
• It is recommended to adjust email rules to allow messages from "[email protected]".
• User Invites and Installation Request emails will continue to use the "[email protected]" until the March '19 (0.45) release.
