CB Defense: Request Upload fails with 500 error in Applications View

Issue/Introduction

Admin selects Investigate > View by Applications > select [application name] Take Action > Request Upload in the Predictive Security Cloud (PSC) Web Console, then the following error is observed:
 

Request Hash Upload: An error has occurred, Request failed with status code 500
Are you sure you want to request upload of the application [application name] 
Send or Cancel

Environment

CB Defense PCS Web Console: All Versions

Resolution

Select "Cancel" on the error message, go Investigate > View by Events > select [event containing application name/hash] > Take Action > Request Upload. The file will upload as expected with message:
