CB Response Cloud: How to Enable Live Response

Issue/Introduction

To enable Live Response on a CB Response Cloud instance.

Environment

• CB Response Cloud: 6.3 and Higher

Resolution

1. Log in as a Global Administrator
2. On the top right, select the users name to drop down selections
3. Select "Settings"
4. Go to "Advanced Settings"
5. Check to "Enable CBLR"
6. Save Changes

Additional Information

This feature is no longer enabled by Carbon Black Support; the customer will want to manually enable it.
