CB Response Cloud: How to Filter Out Inactive Sensors Using the UI Filters

Issue/Introduction

To filter out inactive sensors in CB Response Cloud using simply the UI filters built into the console

Environment

• CB Response Cloud: All Versions

Resolution

1. Log into the CB Response Cloud console.
2. Navigate to the Sensors page.
3. Select the Sensor Group where inactive sensors need filtered out.
4. Click the Filter button.
5. Select the preferred "Last Checkin Time" to filter by.
6. Click the Apply Filters button to save the changes.

Additional Information

• This is the preferred method for filtering out inactive sensors from the console on a sensor group basis.
• If a custom time is required that is not shown within the console then submit a case to Support requesting this to be adjusted to a specific time.
