Issue/Introduction

Receiving an error: "403 Forbidden HTTP response" when navigating to an EDR instance's login URL

Environment

• EDR Server: All Versions

Cause

The external IP Address has not been added to the EDR server's NGINX IP Filters list.

Resolution

Add the external IP Address in question to the NGINX IP Filters list.

Additional Information

Adding the IP Address to the NGINX IP Filters allows the IP and permits access to the EDR Console.
