I am bringing of a new CTS region for the first time and during initialization getting a CAS9578E J161 abend Completion Code 0683 with message ACFAE724. What can cause these errors?

Issue/Introduction

Starting up a new CTS region with the ACF2/CICS interface, Phase 0,1 and 2 complete successfully. Getting the following messages:

 

ACFAE027 CA-ACF2 CICS Initialization environment valid

 +CAS9578E - Product = J161 PSW = 070C1000 9AC3B130 Completion Code = 0683       
 +ACFAE724 ACF2/CICS Current abend is not associated with an ACF2/CICS module.

Resolution

The CAS9578E and ACFAE724 errors can occur if the CICS TS logonid does not

have the MUSASS logonid privilege.

To address the errors, add the lidfield MUSASS privilege to the CICS TS region and re-cycle the CICS region.
