Issue/Introduction

To change the original email used for Managed Detection alerts for a customer enrolled prior to the May '19 update

Environment

  • Managed Detection: Optional Add-on Subscription

Resolution

Submit a Carbon Black support case, including:
  • Inform Carbon Black via the support case that the Managed Detection email added prior to May, 2019 needs updated.
  • The current Managed Detection email address
  • The new Managed Detection email address
  • Specify if this is for alerts, reports, or both.

Additional Information

A Managed Detection customer may also add additional ThreatSight email addresses using the CBC Web Console.
