CB Response Cloud: Unable To Add Users Via UI

Issue/Introduction

• Unable to add users via Response UI.
• Receive a "404: Error Not Found" when clicking on the Users icon.

Environment

• CB Response Cloud: All Versions

Cause

A HAR file of issue shows that the https request from browser was made on port 80, which will return the 404 error.

Resolution

Confirm https calls are made on port 443.
