Issue/Introduction

Red warning received after multiple failed logins as follows:

For security reasons, this account has been temporarily locked due to too many unsuccessful login attempts. Try again later.

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Versions

Cause

Continuous login attempts had failed for more than 5 times, causing the account to get temporary locked.

Resolution

The locked account will be automatically released after 5 minutes, before new logins can be attempted.
