AWS Cost History report total at the customer tenant is different from the statement total

Issue/Introduction

Cost History is grouped by UsageStartDate while the Statements are using BillingPeriodStartDate.

Resolution

These timeframes typically align within the same month but not always.  It is important to review where each of these timeframes fall as it could be a month apart impacting totals.
