Issue/Introduction

 

This is related to GCP partner and channel customer level setup.

 

This issue is usually seen when a customer adds new projects after account setup is done.

Customers may update service accounts and private keys for projects only within the partner tenant and assume it they will also be updated automatically at customer end, but this is not the case.

All newly added projects, service accounts, and private keys need to be updated manually at both the partner and channel tenants.
