What does the perspective error "DSOApplication, trying to add <group-name> group" mean?

Issue/Introduction

This error means that the perspective is reindexing and the change will not take affect immediately. 

Most likely, you have been editing a perspective when this message pops up.  If you receive this error, check the groups after at least an hour and the groups should all be added.
