"BigQuery not configured" banner showing in GCP after adding the billing account

Issue/Introduction

Every Wednesday at approximately 8:30 am UTC the platform onboards newly added accounts.  Until the onboarding is complete, this GCP banner will show in the dashboard.  After successful onboarding, the banner will no longer appear.

Resolution

Please wait until Thursday morning and the banner should no longer be visible.
