Issue/Introduction

The message "Your Account is managed by your employer" comes up when SSO is enabled and in order to change the role, one has to be moved user groups within your companies identity provider.

Resolution

The platform disables native login and the ability to change permissions as it would undermine the purpose of SSO being centrally managed.  It is recommended to reach out to the account admin that provisioned your user to have a role amendment made.
