Why is the AWS SQL Rightsizing report showing "Not enough data"?

Issue/Introduction

This may be due to Cloudwatch not being enabled under account setup.

If Cloudwatch is not enabled under account setup, metric details are not collected, and Rightsizing will show "Not enough data".  See below regarding activation:
 

 

Note that it may take for 24-48 hours after CloudWatch is activated before data is flows into the platform.
