There are a few possible solutions to the symptoms we see when VCenter Health Status is Critical.:
NOTE: If this is an existing setup that has not changed skip to step #3
1. Verify we use the right credentials (User/Password).
2. Confirm that you can login to the VCenter's using the credentials supplied in the VMWare account setup.
3. Check if we are able to access the platform API endpoint from the Aggregator VM?
Restart the aggregator service and share the log files.
4. Please make sure the vCenter user account has the Read-Only access and also try to reset the password and update the same under Setup > Accounts > cloudhealth-<aggregator-01>
NOTE: If we are unable to collect anything it could be due to a credential issue.
5. Cycle the aggregator
sudo /etc/init.d/cht_aggregator stop
sudo /etc/init.d/cht_aggregator start
